God satisfies every longing of my soul If you long for a better life, job or home, or if you long for more harmony
in your relationships, pay attention to what you're feeling. When you have a deep conviction that things have got
to get better, know that there is something more in life for you. The longing you feel is natural, for it is a call from God to come up to a higher place. So still your mind and turn your thoughts from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Think instead about God and life and peace. Give God
the longings of your heart. God will listen and answer. Although the answers you receive may not be exactly what
you expected, they'll be right for you. You will find that only God can truly satisfy the longing of your soul.

In the competitive bodybuilding arena, Joe has earned Pro status in two Natural Bodybuilding organizations, the NABF
(1996) and the WNBF (2002), the latter being the most recognized and competitive
natural bodybuilding organization in the world.
Add to this five United States National Championships
(1995, 1996-twice, 1997and 1998), three as an amateur and two as a professional , including a fourth place finish in 1997
world competition.
While competitive bodybuilding remains on hold, Joe
is currently involved as a U.S.A. Track & Field Masters competitor in the 60, 100 & 200-meter races.
His goal is to compete as a finalist in the upcoming Masters World Championships.
Joe's passion to share those experiences and accomplishments
with others who are goal oriented is very evident when you understand the motive that persistantly fuels his calling for "Strengthening
of Spirit, Conditioning of Body and Renewal of Mind in like individuals."
